NDAA 2011 "COVERED PERSONS" & Indefinite Detentions


Bill came forward 17 days after the NDAA 2011 was signed Dec 31 2011
1021 & 1022 of this bill allows any person to be held indefinitely much like GITMO 
And evokes UN like courts and the laws of WAR
